Adora Luster attends PhD Project

Adora Luster is pursuing her Master of Science in Organization Development from American University. During the fall 2020, Adora will start her doctoral program in Entrepreneurship at the University of Tennessee. Luster earned a Master of Arts in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Adora is currently consulting for top companies such as QDOBA Mexican Eats and institutions like Bowie State University. Her second poetry book is coming out this year called Whiskey Chocolate II. Also, she serves as President of the Graduate Leadership Council at American University where she represents the interest of all graduate students to the President and Board Members of American University.

Prior to joining American University, Luster worked at QDOBA Mexican Eats as Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO and VP of operations services. For the past ten years Luster supported Army General Officers, CEOs and Leaderships Teams.  Not only to learn from the best and support the best, but to aid in enhancing organizational cultures and to help leaders operate smoother within different environments.
