Peace and Blessings be upon you. The winter of 2024 BUAD495-Strategic Management teams performed extraordinary well in their Capstone Business Simulation Contest. Ms. Mia Gaines finished in first place. In addition, her team achieved top 5 percent rankings in six of the seven statistical categories out performing 653 teams from university and corporate teams from around the world in four rounds of competition. As a result, she was awarded a cash prize of $150.00.
Capstone is appropriate to upper undergrad (and graduate) courses. It is the most sophisticated, advanced, business education program ever created. Because Capstone is educationally so rich, it usually replaces a text book. Where appropriate, you may augment Capstone with selected readings. Capstone is so realistic and powerful, it has been adopted for executive and management training by such renowned corporations as GE, GM, Allstate, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Caterpillar et al.
